      1. Same. COMPUTATIONAL – LARD. I see no logical TI in that solve. Also, you bring up a good point MULTINATIONAL could have been part of a good OA.

      1. I’m also in the Computational-Lard camp. Got it within 15 or 20 minutes. At least I didn’t need Pen and paper today.

        1. Me too; COMPUTATIONAL LARD, my fastest ever, one minute! Then I felt like continuing, forgot I meant to try -ium but soon gave up when I couldn’t form -drum words (conundrum, doldrum). I think I spent hours unsuccessfully yesterday or the other day, so I’m happy to be done this quickly.

    1. I have one reason for arriving here to check the OA: to confirm whether my answer is the OA. With COMPUTATIONAL LARD I was feeling confident I had it.

Wrong, word puzzle breath! (As Johnny Carson might once have put it.)

        1. Thank you! I kept trying to find a word to precede matriculation but never thought of podium. I ended up with computational lard.

    1. *DIPLOMATA-ACARINARIUM*
*DIPLOMATA good in OED, Merriam-Webster, Wiktionary
      *ACARINARIUM good in Merriam-Webster, Wiktionary

    2. *LOCANT-TRIPUDIUM*
*LOCANT good in OED, Merriam-Webster, Wiktionary
*TRIPUDIUM good in OED, Collins, Wiktionary

      1. matriculation – nondrip

Was glad it took a non word in this case. Rarely do I get a 10 letter word to work with.

  1. Fun words today. I am with the computational lard. Presumably software not hardware. Finding Nutritional opened the door.

      1. Good day for the chemical elements, all accepted in LB:

CALCIUM ₂₀Ca, INDIUM ₄₉In, IRIDIUM ₇₇Ir, PLATINUM ₇₈Pt, PLUTONIUM ₉₄Pu, POLONIUM ₈₄Po, TIN ₅₀Sn, TITANIUM ₂₂Ti

        ⚛️

  2. DIPLOMATIC — CRANIUM

    DIPLOMATIC — CRINUM (flower)

Found DIPLOMA, DIPLOMAT, DIPLOMATIC and CRINUM/CRANIUM came fast. Lots of medical terms today: MANIC, MANIAC, DRAIN, CRANIUM. CRANIAL, PRANDIAL, CARDIAC, etc.

  3. Got at least three different ones. All posted here already. But not OA which I prefer.

    COMPUTATIONAL LAUNDRAMAT*
*LAUNDRAMAT not accepted, even though I see it on signs a lot. I know Laundromat is more common.

    Would love to match MONOMANIACAL!

    1. Wow! A plethora of answers today. I don’t see any other unitards here. I really don’t care to see anyone in one.

  4. I had to give myself a time limit today. The best i could do was a three worder:
    POLARIC CONDITIONAL LUMP

  5. Latitudinarian,diaconicon,diacodium,multitudinous, automaton,latitudinal,locational, ultranational anyone? Multitudinal

  6. Perhaps useful crinoid acidulation opium opioid rampion marination Tripoli’s piratical ionic canonical initiation cumulative ocular notional modicum acrid inoculation Coptic optician circulation manipulation

  7. RANDOM MULTITOPIC*
    * “… multitopic conversations are a bit disorienting and bewildering to the uninitiated…” Culture of the Internet. 1997. Indeed!

  8. Another COMPUTATIONAL – LARD after giving up on MULTINATIONAL and being a bit miffed that it didn’t accept MULTITUDINAL.
