  1. Found the OA instantly and called it good; I need to reclaim some time after the Great LB Disaster of September 13. But this looks like a fruitful array, and I’ll check in later to see what our inventive little band brings to the table.

  2. The OA, but with ‘GLOBE’ for me. I’ve been thinking along the lines of the OAs lately. I kind of miss the old me, who toiled longer but came up with weird solutions like ECHOLALIA ASPARAGUS (just throwing that one out there, not even sure there’s 12 letters in all). Ah well. Like Bernie, I’ll be looking back in to see what the younger, more agile minds come up with—and I’ll expect a full report by tomorrow morning!

Playing around with the letters, I ended up with GREBO which to my shock was accepted. I guess that fulfills my “learn something new everyday” quota! 😀

  4. OA as well. Stumbled upon KINGCUP – PUEBLO, but couldn’t land the R. (Turns out kingcup is a flower, not a super-sized beverage as I had erroneously surmised.)

    1. Thank you Jill! No worries; schedule changes. I still play (oa today), and check the board most days, but often don’t have the brain energy left to add anything. I sincerely appreciate the shout out!
