  1. QUIETLIKE—ENJOYS
    JUNKETS—SOLILOQUY

    JONQUILS—SKYNET†
    † couldn’t resist 🙂

    1. Glad to see the OA isn’t another singular solution! OA in one minute here, after a brief flirtation with JETSKI. SKYNET was the first word I tried (but was rejected). First time hearing about JONQUILS.

Waiting for Irim and RF to complete the triumvirate! Happy weekend everyone!

    2. I just stumbled on JONQUILS—SKYTE*.
SKYTE is in OED, WIKT, and it passes in Scrabble Word Checker. LB does not accept it however.

      1. Radioactive Flower

OA. SOLILOQUY must be it. Glad I didn’t give up on it. Invented words from its leftovers and was so surprised JUNKETS was accepted. Hadn’t keep track how long I solved this puzzle because of a few distractions.

Good job to us Kanishk-boy for spotting the OA. Hopefully Miss Irim too.

        1. Hey, my lovelies, sorry to be so late! Worked it out this morning just before class after about 25 minutes or so – JUNKETS-SOLILOQUY, so OA. Tried JONQUIL and JONQUILS no joy.

The triumvirate is complete, congatulations all round. Not surprised JUNKETS was accepted, RF, since it is both a trip and a pudding (dessert).

          Good luck, everyone, happy Saturday!

          1. Yeah, press junket is a pretty commonly used phrase in the US so would’ve been shocked if it hadn’t been accepted. OA here, didn’t take too long. Soliloquy definitely a curveball with the Q. 117/129, 8/9, 7, 36

  2. JUNKETS – SOLILOQUY …
“It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.”
Recent review for the newest summer blockbuster.

  3. I got Quietlike Enjoys too.

Tried Jonquils Skyte* first. *It has a lot of unusual meanings. Some vulgar. For the sake of propriety, I will use this one.
    “To force water through.”

Finally! OA today. Spent sometime this morning trying to work with keystones and a few others. Once I found junkets, I was on my way!
