There should be lots of solutions today.
    ☕☕

    1. Found one of your 2-way solutions Mark:

      Requisitor – Raunchier
      Raunchier – Requisitor

      Also…
      Requisitor – Ranch
      Requisitor – Raunch
      Requisitor – Raunchier
      Raunchier – Requisitors
      Raunchier – Requisite

    2. I got ANTIQUERS SCORCH, then, thinking that could *not* be the OA, took the trouble of coming up with ENTHUSIASTIC CROQUET. A little stunned that neither proved correct.

  2. FINALLY! A good puzzle with multiple solutions. I actually had a fun time solving this one – Sam, please make more puzzles like this!

I came up with two solutions today – ANTIQUERS – SCORCH and QUENCH – HISTORIAN. I think I like the second one better. Having a fun time with this one, will look for more solutions!

Congrats to all those who solved, and happy Sunday to everyone! Irim and RF, looking forward to seeing your solutions shortly!

    1. Radioactive Flower

      My solution is very inefficient:
      UNHISTORIC – CROQUETA.

Miss Irim come to the party…waiting for you…

    2. QUENCH-HARICOTS here, it has been lovely to see so many different possibilities, and with words we all know (haricots being beans, of course).

THIS is how it should be: mildly frustrating because ‘acquaints’ isn’t possible – cq, in, rt, sh not possible, but leaving plenty of others.

Late to the party because of church/lunch/chilling, but a fairly quick solve – under 10 minutes.

Yay, RF & Kanishk, well done!!! Congrats to all who have solved, good luck to all still working, a happy Sunday to all and a blessed Palm Sunday/Holy Week to all who celebrate.

      1. I was on the same wavelength, Irim… QUENCH-HARICOTS.. super fast . Not sure if was the Former French major in me or being a foodie… But happy to knock this one out quickly. 82/88, 25/29, 6, 36

  3. CHOTA ANTIQUERS

    Also CHOATE* ENQUIRERS
*Webster’s New World Law Dictionary. –Justice Scalia’s least favorite word per the NYT, as it is a back-formation of INCHOATE.

  4. Fun puzzle today! ORIENTS – SASQUATCH*.

I continue to be mystified by the LB word list. ”Sasquatch” is both a playable Scrabble word and in the OED.

    1. SASQUATCH was the first thing that caught my eye, but I seemed to remember LB rejecting it before. Ended up with CHOREA ANTIQUERS. By the way, did you ever reveal the Scrabble word(s) that had never been played? If so I must have missed it.
