  1. DWALE—ERUPTION 13/2
    WINDOWPANE—ENTREPRENEURIAL 25/2

    ANTIWORLD*—DUPE
    My fav today.
    Anti-anti-matter ?!?
    Lots of potential solutions available!

      1. That was what I finally came up with as well. Today seemed very difficult considering that the letter combinations were not that limiting. Was really annoyed I could not pair prenuptial.

    1. windowpane – entrepreneurial
I spent time earlier today to no avail, but revisited and– some success. Under the wire.

  2. Radioactive Flower

    OA.

The game ends when I spotted ERUPTION. DAWDLE was easy from there. So many potential words before that. I spent 1.5 hours today. I know it’s doable so I didn’t give up. Took so long to notice the -TION suffix.

      1. Radioactive Flower

        Hey, Mr.MarkieMarkup,

That was fast!!! Good job! DAYDREAM, indeed. 👍🤓

What I look forward to everynight is to dream a beautiful dream. But lately I have a strange thought that we die everynight and be reborn everymorning.

  3. I’m new here. I love Letter Boxed and am happy to have found this page. I felt special for finding “warpaint” today but now see you guys get it in two usually. Amazing! I have a new goal each day now. Can some one tell me what you mean by “OA?”

  4. DAWDLER-ROUNDTRIP Someone who takes a long time to end up where they started.
Some frustrating denials today like TOILETPAPER and PAPERTRAIL. I thought that I would get home with either DRAINPIPE or REPTILIAN, but neither worked for me.

  5. DRAWLER-RUPTION I had no idea RUPTION was a word. This also marks the first time I’ve posted an answer here that no one else posted yet!

  6. Really about to quit. Huge waste of time with untoward, railroad, unintentional

I just can’t see the second word. Ever. My brain won’t keep looking at letters that have been used. And a thousand great words are anticipated and blocked. Extensive vocabulary is no help—it just makes for endless dead ends.

  7. OA after many promising deadends, including WINDPIPE, WINDOWPANE, UPWARD/TOWARD/UNTOWARD/LANDWARD, UNPERTINENT…

Was not expecting ERUPTION to be the ~TION word to lead to a solution.

  9. Bernie Horowitz

Boring old OA for me, but heartened by the amazing and inventive answers on display here! As for TI, the former often results in the latter on busy schoolday mornings.

  10. No 2-worder for me and I’m amazed all and any of the great ones that y’all found …
    My 4-word:
    REWOUND DRAPER RITE ELAND
    My 3-word:
    PIANO OWLET TRUNDLE
I hope everyone has a wonderful Saturday! 😎
