            Great LB day!

          5. Another PINFISHES – STICKERED here. Not exactly the most efficient solve I’ve ever come up with, but I expect there are dozens of solutions today so happy to have sifted through enough I and E words to have landed up on a solution. On to SB!

        1. My answer too, thankfully got it right before bed. Would have been done sooner but apparently Prechecked doesn’t fly around here.

    1. Did anyone have a different set of letters today (6/28/26)? I had these letters; my wife had different ones. Checked our puzzle dates. They were the same. After a few minutes her screen refreshed, I guess, and now she has these letters! Very strange.

  2. Turns out someone else is preaching the 08.30, so I didn’t have to – result!

Kicking myself for not seeing NITPICKER-REFINISHED – I kept stopping there and wanting REDFISH or REDSHIFT, yet I somehow saw REFINISHED-DIPSTICK.

REFINISHED-DIPSTICK here after about 20ish minutes of being the SHRIEKIEST because I was stymied at so many favourite words – KERCHIEFS, SPINDRIFTS, THINKPIECE, DENTIFRICE, FRIENDSHIP, etc.

Speaking of FRIENDSHIP, hope to see you both soon with your solutions, Kanishk and RF!

Good luck, everyone, and happy Sunday! Off to preach

    1. Radioactive Flower

REFETCHES – SPRINKED. But not proud of it.

Well done Miss Irim. Checking in on Kanishk-boy later.

      1. Well done, both of you – I was unable to make DIPSTICK work, Irim, so glad you found a match for it.

A gnarly array today, with only two vowels, I and E – nevertheless, FISHSTICKS – SPRINTED in about an hour or so, after trying out a bunch of options like STICKPIN, STIRFRIED, TRICKSTER, CERTIFIED, DECIPHER, RECIPHERED, INTERFERED, STICKERED, CHECKERED and SKETCHED.

Never saw SPRINKED, don’t know what it means – I would have gotten a solution much sooner had I tried it.

  3. Radioactive Flower

REFETCHES – SPRINKED. But not proud of it.

Well done Miss Irim. Checking in on Kanishk-boy later.

    Refinished & Dipstick
I saw the word Decipher very quickly but was unable to find a partner for it. I also found Dipstick quickly Finally I found Finish which became Refinished.
