Outflows Speckliest, which may be the single dumbest answer I’ve ever come up with… Had Wipeout(s) and Stickful and Cupful(s) and Pluckiest and even Cowflop but failed to pair any of them, and overlooked both halves of the OA. Not my day. SIGH.
This is what I ended up with too, after playing with WOEFUL and not being able to see LIPSTICK, and getting stuck on trying to make PLUCKIEST work.
