I had LOCKUP and even MANUFACT, which was surprisingly accepted. Sorry, but MANUFACTURAL is a contrived garbage word. It’s rejected for seven of the ten common word games on the word-check site I usually check with.
100% agreed. I had LOCKUP, but couldn’t connect it. MANUFACTURAL is not a real word and accepted, but CONTRAPUNCTUAL IS a real word and isn’t.
I tried Contrapunctual too but Google AI redirects to Contrapuntal. Which didn’t work.

Oh, hon, I’m so sorry. COUNTERFACTUAL, which isn’t possible, would have been a great word, so I hoped CONTRAFACTUAL was, though it’s less used. Fortunately, CONTRAFACTUAL was accepted and one of the things I hope to buy – a PAKAMAC (a lightweight very foldable mackintosh!) was also accepted.
So PAKAMAC-CONTRAFACTUAL here.

Manufactural lockup after two hours of frustration. If hadn’t found that , was going to go with Porkman (another oddly acceptable word) nonfactual(mW)
can’t believe what I thought was a made-up word and a hyphenated word were actually the OA. Glad I finally got manufactural- lockup but also perplexed (perplextual?).
Other strange words that were accepted were trackman, porkman(!) and folkman. c and u were on the same side, which prevented a swearword!
could we ask to meet with the makers of this puzzle?
