The answers are:
FORTHWITHHANDFUL
OA. would be interested to see if anyone can pair HALFWIT
Mugful – Lithograph
WORTHFUL / LAUDATION Nice TI…
worthful – laudation as well
Same here!
Well deserved, we presume.
My answer too! 🙇♂️
Just the OA for me.
Me too! WORTHFUL LAUDATION!
OA here too!
OA too
FORTHWITH HANDFUL!
A toddler’s call to arms.
Bwahaha
A Toddl’r’s Whirlwind
for MVUA
Handwrit, trothful, in worthful laudation
Round as a walnut, windflaw’s flotation
Adroit, naif, a rotund lunation
Flows windward on tides, no law’s adulation,
Forthwith, a handful, an adult’s dotation.
(just today’s letters, plus ‘s’)
😮
Wonderful how you spin poetry from puzzles, Jill. This one is a worthy gift for MVUA who always makes me laugh out loud.
(Thank you also, Steph)
Nice!
Thank you.
Oh, Jill… Thank you.
As I lay on the floor, in the narrow strip between two bunk beds, listening as the top bunk little boys’ breathing changes to the steadiness of sleep; I found your words…
They are much more than toddlers now, and the bottom bunk teens are loud and laughing elsewhere, and the whirlwind only ends when all of their windflaw finally stills. I will dote as long as they let me, but it can be long and sometimes thankless; so your dedicated words made a big impact; even causing misty eyes. Thank you, you made my day.
🌷Your prose is musical– with hints of Dylan Thomas’s Child’s Christmas in Wales.
OA
All PSWs:
WINDFLAW*—WROTHFUL*
HANDWRIT*—TROTHFUL*
☕
This reads like the beginning of a tongue-twister, or a poem, Mark.
It did have a little ring to it, I thought so too KP. 🙂
Or
trothful / landwind*
worthful / landwind*
wrothful* / laudation
OA after a brief effort with FLOATATION.
For future reference it accepts FLOTATION as well for a slightly more efficient word.
Was loathe to give up on FUNDATORIAL but alas – couldn’t pair it. Landed on OA shortly thereafter. Still have half a cup of coffee left, so today’s a good day!
OA after struggling with WINDOWFUL
I was delightfully surprised it was a word, then woefully disappointed I couldn’t use it.
The OA has good TI if you think: Her breasts without delay.
OA, eventually, after hitting pretty much every word mentioned so far, LB and PSW alike.
DHW: Halfwit is wonderful but could not be paired, unfortunately.
FLOW / WALNUT / THIRD
FLAW / WHIR / ROTUND
HALFWIT / THRU / UNDO
HALFWIT-TROD-DUN
Had WHIRLWIND … finally landed on WORTHFUL LAUDATION
Couldn’t find a two today. Settled for a 14/3:
HANDFUL LOW WRIT.
Other notable finds: AUTOWIND, INHALATIONAL, HALATION, ROTATIONAL, UNHAND, HANDFUL, HANDTURN, TRUTHFUL, WORTHFUL, UNDUTIFUL, THROWIN, UNLAWFUL, ADULATION, and THROATFUL.
settled for a threebie as well when I realized only a halfwit would spend more time:
INFLOW- WHAT-TURD
Yes, TURD accepted
Congrats, Steph! “You can go your own way!” My threebie was embarrassingly *just* short: Forthwith-Hand-Dual. Ugh!
Tsk. I learned today that I don’t know even how to spell forthwith. I thought fortwith was the word…
OA after a few minutes
OA after trying hard to match HALFWIT.
🐦 ALAUAHIO, ANI, ANIANIAU, OWL, TIT, TUI 🐦🐦 FINFOOT, IIWI, LOON, RUFF

Took forever to get OA. So wanted unlawful throatful or handwrit to work out. Lots of “-wort” not accepted! I could have brewed so many potions with those!
OA again
FORTHWITH HAUL LAND is as close as I got.
