Well done, Irim and RF – this one took me well over an hour! So many promising compound words that led me nowhere – SPLASHBACK/BACKSPLASH, SCHLUMP, PUSHBACK, BACKWASH, LUMPISH, LAMPBLACK – all led to a dead-end.
Had HUMPBACK early on but WHIPLASH took me really long to notice – the L was particularly difficult to deal with today.
