JOURNEYMENNIQAB

Fast OA here, got JOURNEYMEN fairly quick but NIQAB took some time (it was a complete guess) – never heard of it before. Even so, OA in ten minutes, but I’m 100% sure it’s yet another one-off and this one in particular is bound to make almost everyone furious.
Irim and RF, eagerly waiting for your comments, and good luck to everyone trying to solve this yet another fiendish array. A happy Thursday to all!
Slightly quicker than you, as my family is Muslim! Tried aequorin first, but ditched it quickly; knew I wanted J in the first word. Did NOT expect this to be the OA. Got it in under 5 minutes.
Just checked, and Alice Liang’s solver thinks it’s singular. Ouch.
Good luck to all attempting, congrats to all who solve! Looking forward to seeing you, RF!
A blessed Maundy Thursday/Triduum & Pesach sameach to all who celebrate and happy Thursday to everyone!
Failed today! Huhuhu…Gave up early because I had difficulty making long words with Q and J.

Journeymen Niqab
Oa. Took me a while.
OA. Niqab has been used before, but it’s still not an English word.
I too REMEMBER seeing it.
After sorting through all the MUMBOJUMBO, I hit upon:
JOURNEYMEN—NIQAB
as a suspected singular solution.
I think I REMEMBER seeing this word NIQAB here before but had forgotten it. My solver also found ‘naqib’. which is in Wiktionary as a standard noun. ☕
OA , had NIQAB fairly quickly but JOURNEYMEN took a bit more work.
I got journeyman right away and then just started punching in letters to get niqab…
I accidentally opened this website thinking it was the dailyletterboxed page so I saw the OA before I even got started. Looks like a singular. So I came up with my own 3-word answer that almost works.
