Official. Knew it as soon as I found it.
Official and I agree with the sentiment.
Me three.
Indeed. I don’t believe there’s another two-word answer in this array – at least, not one a human can find.
Other finds in addition to Mark’s and Jill’s: Moxie, Doxies, Dodgems, Fridge(s), Smidge(s), Midge(s), Cruxes, Scrum(s), Forums, Oxidise(s). Sadly, Foxfur was not accepted.
No overlap with Spelling Bee today that I could find. The only letters in common are D, I, O and E, with I required. DIDO, the only word I could come up with, is accepted by LB but not by the Bee. Go figure! (My rules for this side-gig are, that all words must meet the requirements of both games.)
I’m yet to take up Spelling Bee, disincentivized by the notion you put forward that you have to manage your level of success in order to sustain play free of charge. But do you know it to be the case that it shares the same word list with LB? We’ve established that LB and Wordle don’t -re CHINK, for instance
I find Spelling Bee worth doing if the total score is under 100. Otherwise, you can wind up frittering away too much time.
Spelling Bee and Letter Boxed use two different word lists. SB, unlike LB, accepts CRAMPY and BITCH, much to the relief, I am sure, of dogs in heat.
Guffawing like a seal -in heat or otherwise! 😉
SB also never uses the letter “S”, avoiding a multiplicity of plurals.

A wise policy for SB i think i will adapt it as i was getting a bit burned out over the repetition there ThanksDW
I just look for one panagram and a few random words. Usually like five minutes and the game is over. Not my favorite but generally as quick as Wordle.
Official.
Fake removing demons.
I thought it was a dieter casting out Fanny Farmer as part of a New Years resolution.
Official.
But I also noticed that the SEISMIC CRISIS with the FROGS and FUMES is real, and it MIMICS the RUMORS about the SMUDGES and GRUDGES, which DISGUISES the MICROFORMS, and MISFORMS the MEMORIES.
Actually it MISFORMS the MICROFORMS, and DISGUISES the MEMORIES.
Nice Mark!
(and cheating just a little):
Oh, the GRIEFS and GRIME,
The RIME and SMUDGE,
Of a MIMIC’S CRIME
Or an EXORCIST’S GRUDGE.
You’re an inspiration to me, Jill!
I need to practice more.
Official here as well. FUDGE – EXORCISMS is the only excuse for this not being a one-trick pony…
Official
A two-hit wonder today for sure. At least the solutions came quickly.
fudge – exorcism
FUDGE-EXORCISM 🍩😈 my “go to” to take to a good old-fashioned potluck followed by a demonic soul-cleansing (DM me for the recipe…uses verrry dark chocolate and it’s hellaciously delicious).
Missed today. Not happy about it. I should have
Official… Probably the fastest solve so far.
Fudge Exorcism – It’s never good when fudge runs amok.
I also got Fudge/Exorcism – It was looking hopeless until it suddenly jumped out at me
Fudge – Exorcism.
Fudge Exorcism
I never believe it when someone says they solved in a couple of minutes. Finally happened to me!
Has anyone solved Letter Boxed in one word?
