I managed to access today’s puzzle an hour before the usual time, even though this site wasn’t updated until 8:00 AM UTC. Had to refresh this page several times before posting.
I feel like the OA is unnecessarily inefficient; a much better answer, which I got, is BACKYARDS – SQUIRE, instantly after spotting the BACK- prefix. Also tried pairing QUICKER, ACQUIRED, and QUIRKY.
I will start posting puzzles on RF’s behalf today onwards. I’m not that good at making puzzles or coming up with clues, but I’ll try my best. The first puzzle will be posted below. Multiple answers are possible – those who manage to come up with the OA get bonus points!

OA here but took awhile despite there being so many options with the Q. Ironically didn’t get the solve until I saw Squeaky which led me to Yardbirds, even though that wasn’t a complete solve. Looked back over the list of words I’d already put down and saw Quackery. Yippee. 74/77, 17/18, 12, 36

Kanishk-boy, I have a feeling the puzzle will refresh 1 hour earlier from now on. It will stay like that for months until it reverts back to 1 hour later. From my experience, the puzzle will refresh at 3PM (which I prefer) or 4PM Philippine time.

Yes, the puzzle resets at 1:30 PM IST for me everyday, and today the new one was available at 12:30 PM. I prefer the latter.

It is a little used word today, older American vernacular, meaning a choked, nasal, sound either from a reed instrument, or a needle on a phonograph record, or poetically to describe a shrill bird call. The Squacky Squirrel Caller used it too and patented the name. 🙂
