A truly great LB day! So many valid LB solutions I did not even consider half- or pseudo-solutions. I do see some program revisions I’d like to make moving forward. I should exclude the plural S when it’s the ending letter of the second word, to remove redundancy, and obtain a cleaner list.

        Good new week to all!
        Mark out. ☕☕

  4. Catherine Gardiner

OA today. Found Crushing quickly. Then with the remaining letters I found Golem only because the letters worked together. But I was totally unfamiliar with this word.

  5. GLOMS – SCRUNCHIE here. I know SCRUNCHIE has been used before. Only 2 sips into the coffee – frees up so much more time for other (not as fun) things!

  6. My first guess was SCRUNCHING GOLEMS

    GOMERS SLOUCHING

    MOUCHING GEOLOGERS

    RUCHING GOMERILS*
    *MW Scrabble

    SCRUNCH HOMELING*
    * Century Dictionary and “A Glossary of Words, Phrases, Names, and Allusions in the Works of English Authors.”

    HOROLOGERS SMOUCHING*
*to kiss. OED; “A Dictionary of English Etymology”

  7. Doubly archaic.
    CHIRONOMER* RUSHLING**
*Century Dict. A teacher of gesticulation.
** OED, and Shakespeare (Merry Wives of Windsor)

  8. Samuel Hanwich

Don’t know why it took my brain so long to kick into gear today when it looked to be such a promising array… Finally ended up with GINORMOUS SCHLEMIEL.
