  1. CAMPGROUND—DOZY
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    PROPAGANDA—(several)
    PROPAGAND—(many)
    Have fun finding all those!
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    CANDYMAN—NONGROUP
    COMPANDOR—RUNGY
    COMPANDOR—ROUNDY
    GRANDAM—MONOCROP
    ☕☕

    1. RUNGY and NONGROUP should have been denoted with a “ʷ” for a Wiktionary entry. I meant to separate those.

  2. Radioactive Flower

    Failed. Failed. 2 days in a row.

    Nothing much to be done with the Z. I found DOZY but didn’t spend too much time on it coz it’s very short. I found GROUND too but there’s no way I can attach CAMP at the front.

    Good luck to my besties Miss Irim and Kanishk-boy and to all those still attempting to solve.

    1. A bit late to the party today because I have a study weekend, and this morning we had a field trip. On the way back in the car, I opened up Letter Boxed to get a start, saw CAMPGROUND and only because I’ve lived in the UK and heard ‘You dozy cow!’ countless times in the decades I’ve lived here, I saw it straight away.

      So an immediate CAMPGROUND-DOZY here.

      RF, I am so sorry, hon – here’s to Sunday being a better day. C’mon, Kanishk, my lovely, you’ve got this – looking forward to seeing you here.

      Good luck, everyone, and happy Saturday!

  3. Took a while but got OA after spotting Ground.

    Tried PORNOCRACY which worked. MARZAPAN which is a variant of MARZIPAN, as well as a Georgian Saint. Then CZAROCRAZY which didn’t. And CRAZYDOM which wasn’t accepted but which appears in a few books, including as a chapter heading in “Lincoln on the Verge”
    2020

  4. OA after struggle . Not lot of z words, zygoma organza and short ones . Felt it might be dozy because of the d and using z and y but took a while to add camp to ground

  5. Silas_Greenback

    OA reasonably quickly. From ROUND to GROUND to CAMPGROUND. Somehow I knew DOZY was a word. Still PHEW.

  6. AO quicker than I thought. Had compound then campground and every day is a dozy one in Brisbane Australia 😁
