    1. Bernie Horowitz

Hacked away at it for quite a while before finally hitting on Frogland (really?!) Debit. I presume it has to do with wetland rehabilitation, but itโ€™s pretty weak tea for TI, albeit efficient at 13/2.

  1. OA for me today. Iโ€™m certain there will be a few different combinations. Fishcake! Are you fixing wholesome breakfasts during these exams? Thatโ€™s required you know. ๐Ÿ˜Ž
Now Iโ€™m off to fight crime. Happy Sunday everyone!

  2. Funny. My solution was GARBED โ€“ DEFINITIONAL. More of a variant of the OA. Tried to find a nice long word first, as one does. I’m sure that if I hadn’t found a pair for ‘definitional,’ I’d have lopped off the last suffix and came up with the official.

    1. FWIW, ‘BIRDMAN’ would be a viable pangram for today’s SpellingBee, but of course it’s not accepted.

  3. So many good words today (LIFERAFT, REGIFTED, GRAFTED, etc) but I ran out of time and settled for 3 words with no repeats (BLINDER-RAFT-TOG) for 14/3. Congrats to everyone who found the whimsical FROGLAND.๐Ÿธ

  4. Was happy to finally find FINAGLED DEORBIT after DEBITOR wasn’t accepted, only for DEORBIT to not be accepted either. Seems kinda silly as it is a word (and most definitely more of a word then FROGLAND) but what can you do

  5. OA (and one with TI no less!), after it refused to accept FARTGOBLIN. ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ
