    1. I had bacterium early on, but never saw maximixed.
Tried dicamba with texturized, but not accepted.
      Nor was dacetuzumab ☹️

  1. (from yesterday’s puzzle)
    NIGHTHAWKS

Warships stalking in a thawtless* fight,
Thawts shrinking in the war’s twilight,
Lights sprinkled on a field of white,
Wights twinkling in an endless night,
As nighthawks spiral– a sparkling sight,
In a thawing spring, in their foraging flight.

*For some reason, LB accepts the eye dialect spelling ‘thawt’,
though it is not a valid Scrabble word.

  2. OA

I don’t think there’s any other accepted answer (except for eubacterium which only adds a superfluous prefix to the OA)

  3. 🐘: Addax, Cat, Deer, Mauzer, Mudi, Red Deer

    🌈: AZURE #007FFF, CREAM #FFFDD0, MAIZE #FBEC5D, ECRU #C2B280, RED #FF0000

⚛️: AMERICIUM ₉₅Am, IRIDIUM ₇₇Ir, CERIUM ₅₈Ce

🍕: RED RICE, ICE TEA MIX, BREAD and BUTTER, ICE CREAM, MACADAMIA, TURMERIC, and an “ICE TEA vs. ICED TEA” distinction. 🙂

I’m starting to think my that my food list is not extensive enough, so I should build it up. ☕

  4. Some 3 word solutions:

    act / texturized / dumb
    bud / dimerize / exact
    rumba / acidize / exite
    ziti / imbrue / exacted
    abud / dimerize / exact

  5. OA, and surprised it was, seemed too long. MAXIMIZED seemed key when I first found it, but had to come back to it after a lot more searching. Was stuck on BACTERIZE for a long time because it felt so efficient, so I was pleasantly surprised when the two came together in a solution.

  6. OA. I got to it wicked late so it’s good to have a one-off solution for that reason alone. But in general I prefer more open-ended arrays.
