While most of as here consistently aim for two-word solutions (or better), would the number of words assigned each time (e.g. ‘Try to solve in 5 words’ in today’s puzzle) be an indicator of an assumed level of difficulty? I’m inclined to believe so; what do you guys think?

I agree that this one was more difficult than the last three or more. Yet oddly, although I kept looking for multiple solutions, the first one that came to mind was curfew. I think that I made it more difficult for myself simply BECAUSE I was looking for more answers.

Official. I wanted CENTAUR to work with something, but no luck.
Precisely! And to get to the official answer, you first have to work out CURFEW & then simply not let it go.
E, T & R aligned on the same side of the box turned out to be very restrictive.
I tried a zillion options with MUNIFICENT but no dice.

I am waaay late to the party today! Official (and seemingly only) answer here, eventually. Curfew was there right off – it just happens to be one of the words I’m always on the lookout for – but it took me eons to abandon Cinematic and give Kinematic a go.
I got kinematic from cinematic… I thought lets see if this combination of letters is actually a word, and now I know something new!
I thought I had a breakthrough only to realize it’s the official answer… still, any 2-word solution is good enough for me 🙂
