      1. MICROBURET°—THOWEL°
        ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
        °OED
        P.S. Elohim and Elohimic are LB stretches since they’re a proper noun and adjective respectively. 🙂 I just never saw those words pop up before. ☕
    1. I thought my solution of BOBWHITE – ELECTRUM might have been an unusual answer. Nope! First one on the list.
    2. Bernie Horowitz
      Excellent use of Bobwhite, Mark! I got nowhere with it.
      Eventually found Lithium to go with the oh-so-tempting Microbrew, but only after hitting accidentally on Crumblier Rowth, which failed to satisfy. Worthwhile proved to be anything but.
      1. Another stumble onto Rowth with Crumblier-Rowth. Apparently Rowth is British/Scottish and somewhat archaic for “abundance.” So perhaps the TI off this combo is our retirement accounts these days.
          It’s a bad sign when your financial advisor is reaching out with unsolicited attempts to soothe!
  1. Crumblier rowth here too. Mrs Google says it’s ‘an abundance’ so a crumblier rowth might be a pudding with very ‘short’ and very thick topping. Good word…..it’s counterpart would be dearth I imagine. “A rowth of apples, a dearth of pears…” I will use it today and see if my friends pick me up on it (and become former friends).
    1. “CRUMBLIER ROWTH!”
      “Me want shortbread! Om nom nom nom!”.
      Cookie Monster’s catch phrase in Scotland. (Calling him Biscuit Monster didn’t catch on.)
  2. LITHIUM MICROBREW…
    A decent and novel craft brewery.
    Their IPA is called “the Kidney Killer”, and they’ve got a lite beer called “Bipolarity”; it has its negatives and positives. Regardless, you catch a good buzzzz, but then your mood stabilizes just before you pass out.
  3. LITHIUM — MICROBREW
    Found MICROBREW (which has been used on LB in the past) and LITHIUM was pretty easy once I saw the remainders. I couldn’t connect on the W — has anyone found a good word starting with W?
    1. Yes, I often start typing in different combinations of remaining letters and I have gotten solves frequently. I must admit that ROWTH is rather obscure but it sure beats “Not in word list” 🙂
