Me three. Never heard of Morphea before, but it sounds extremely unpleasant. I note it can be triggered by infection, so being the second could ultimately lead to the first. A cosmic justice of sorts.
Nice. Played around way too long with PRIVATION/PRIVATE and EPHEMERON, couldn’t place the X!!
I found ANTIVAX fairly quickly, but MORPHEA isn’t a PSW (strangely), so according to my own house rules, I couldn’t use it. I eventually settled on the OA, which did indeed bring to mind Amelia Earhart, as Mark notes.
I gotta say the OA is a far better answer.
Same flight path as DW for me. Started out with ANTIVAX and hit a dead end. Moved over to AVIATRIX and after a long slog, found the OA. In between I wrestled with PRETAXATION which left me with only three letters to go, but they wouldn’t form a word.

OA. I can’t imagine a huge variety of solutions, where the E can’t be used alongside either V or X.

OA and pretty quickly: AVIATRIX is one of my favorite words! 😄 When I found that solution, I knew it had to be the OA.
Didn’t know the words AVIATRIX or MORPHEA so I think it was an impossible one for me today.

Didn’t know your first word, Hentai, got TAXI IMPROV with HEN left over but unjoinable (tried Hent but it’s not a word) . Got VAX and ANTIVAX.
Gave up. But happy to find TAXONOMER and VOXPOP.

Foiled again! If I could invent a word, my 2w: “HEMPORIA” ANTIVAX, got Emporia, Phenomenon, but not its plural; my only 3w: HEMP PRETAXATION NOVA. Some 4w’s: NOVA AXIOM MORPH HEAT, HATE ENVIRONMENT TAXI IMP (or TROP PAX), PROPHET TAXMEN NOVA AIR, etc. Some other words: Pheromone, Important, Moxie, Movie, Tempo, Ovation. Perv was okayed. I got Avion or Avian but missed Aviatrix.

Morphea Antivax
New here. What does “OA” mean? I always try to play with fewer words than the goal, but 2 words? Wow! I was excited to find repatriation.
Wow. Had to get back to this one after work. Was operating under the assumption that X and V were not in the same word, so that really held me up for a while. Very rewarding once I found the OA. Almost gave up.
Lots of $0.50 words, like PRETAXATION, EPHEMER(ON/A), ENVIRONMENT that ultimately couldn’t pair to complete.
OA finally. coffee long gone.
PHENOM MIXTE ENERVATE
I happened on phenomenon, phenomena, phenom fairly early, but couldn’t get rid of the x. (Axiom, ataxia… all useless.)
I wasted most of the day trying to get PRETAXATION or one of its derivatives to work but to no avail. Then at the eleventh hour I found PHENOMENA-AVIATRIX.
Yesterday ended in defeat.
