Same here. Got OA minus E but messed around so long with the -ables that it made this puzzle UNLOVEABLE to me.

I worked on Unloveable a while. Remaining letters would make Swathe, but LB wouldn’t accept Unloveables. Apparently, unlike Deplorables, they can’t be plural.
Sunbelt but not snowbelt.

OA, after several days of no success. Decided not to try SUNBATH and just went for the word I figured would work.

Found BATH, then SUNBATH, and worked back to VOWELS
Spent time trying to connect UNBEATABLE and UNLOVEABLE but could not.
I found tons of great words but they all see to leave TVWH which gave me nothing top connect with.
Oa. Spent forever looking at townhouses.
