      1. Same here. Happy to see that it’s even more efficient than the official, though the latter is perhaps more thematically taut.

    1. I too was briefly beguiled by Bandwidth, but couldn’t pair it. Handiwork was the next stop, quickly paired for the official answer. It’s not bad thematically, but I’m sorry I missed Throwback! Well, it was quick today, at least. Goid thing, because I barely managed to solve Wordle. Those alternate spellings will get you every time!

      1. I didn’t know there was an alternate spelling to today’s Worldle solution, Bernie. Are you used to spelling it with an E?

    2. Me too! Although I was surprised HARDROCK is actually a single word in the dictionary.

      BANDWIDTH HARDROCK

      Also found:
      CORNCOB BANDWIDTH (K)
      ARACHNID DRAWBACK (OT)

      DIKDIK
      TRACKWORK
      WORKHAND
      DRAWBACK
      HANDIWORK
      BACKBOARD
      BACKWARD
      DOWNWARD

  1. Official. Quick
So yesterday on my phone while trying to open the puzzle I opened the link for the solution.
So, I am not counting it, so my streak is 2 or 3

  2. When I ask our granddaughter “What kind of fish do you catch with Grandpa?”, her response is “the THROWBACK-KIND”. 😄 🎣

Happy to catch a 2-worder in the self-imposed time limit today. I feel like Im detoxing after the amount of time I was spending on LB last few months. It is a brain retraining process for me to “finish and be done” when my mind wants to fixate on finding the elusive 2-worders. 🙄

  3. NIDIOT – THROWBACK

Just learned that “nidiot” is an obsolete form of “idiot”. It’s also in Urban Dictionary for a stronger word for “idiot”, but I doubt that is why it was accepted. How I didn’t see “kind” is beyond me since I’m in the business of kindness (and it was pretty obvious)…
