  1. Shortest I managed was IMPORTED – DOWN – NURL.
Best one I found though was TRUMP PLED DIM MELTDOWN.
TRUMP seems to be showing up a lot these days… Three times in the last week.

    1. Similarly, RUMPLED – DOWNTIME. At 15/2 either one is as good as the official answer. But surely someone can do better?

    1. THERE’S the better answer I was asking for! Plus it sounds like a Shakespearean insult, something a Capulet might lay on a Montague… “You impudent Trowel!”
      Good work, Will B.

  2. I found a 13/2, PLUM MIDTOWNER.
And I can’t resist the Trump solutions either.
How about this premonition: DIMWIT TRUMP PRONTO ONLINE (?)

        1. I think it’s just a slang term actually in regards to roofing. I picked it up from some old carpenters I worked with in Tennessee in the mid 90s. They were old I was still pretty young then. But anyway they used it as a term in their framing punch process when they were detailing their eaves and fly rafters, any overhang basically, before they applied the roof sheathing. But then again they all called me “Honey” too. That took some getting used to.
