Weird, I tried ANCHOVIES SKRY, but SKRY was not accepted. I didn’t think of SKYR.

Interestingly, anchovies and skyr can go together. A search came up with a recipe:

The dish delish! Good digging on your part, Walt. But really, sounds revolting. I do love anchovies, and I love yogurt, but anchovies-and-yogurt is another matter… The kelp, I can dig.
The Icelandic people have some adventurous traditional dishes, look up “HÁKARL” or fermented shark if you feel brave.

I got Anchovies-Skyr rather quickly today but Skyr was just a random try. Given the obscure words that are allowed, I’m surprised Skry is not.
