  2. QUESTIONED-DIVORCE here after the briefest flirtation with DESTRUCTIVE/DESTRUCTION (glad to see no answers with those 2!)

RF and Kanishk, lovelies, hope to see you soonest!

Good luck, all, and happy Hump Day!

        1. I knew it should be, yes, it’s in as a second word, isn’t it? Mea culpa! *slaps forehead* I got QUESTIONED and of course DESTRUCTIVE worked with that, but saw DIVORCE (shorter!) first before I remembered DESTRUCTIVE.

          1. Amazing work, you two- haven’t been able to play LB in a while because of my recent trip to Hong Kong. Had a really nice break from studies- will get back on track starting tomorrow!

A quick TURQUOISE – EVINCED (OA) here, after a brief flirtation with OVIDUCT and CONQUEST.

That wraps up the triumvirate! Until tomorrow.

          2. Radioactive Flower

Wow! Nice! Kanishk-boy! I hope you had a memorable trip to Hong Kong that is one for the books. Did you go to Disneyland?

          3. Yes RF, we went to Disneyland – it was really fun. But I enjoyed Ocean Park more – I really like high-adrenaline rides. We also got to see penguins and pandas!

    1. I thought you were away, Kanishk, am so chuffed you got away and had a trip to Hong Kong…what did you think? Did you enjoy it?

Good luck with the restart tomorrow – hope the marks are all you hope they are and more!

      1. Irim, I LOVED Hong Kong; it was such a memorable experience. I got to try out loads of things, visit places, and make new friends. It was really enjoyable!

    1. Same here. Started with CONSEQUENT, noticed the remaining letters could spell DIVORCE, and soon figured out how to adapt.

How I missed Turquoise is beyond me because I wear a Turquoise bracelet everyday (24/7) except for when I swim in a lake or ocean. I have done so since 1984.
